Ingredients:
1 large bunch of leeks
3 large sweet potatoes
1 package of lean chicken sausage
1 carton chicken stock
1 1/2 cups of milk
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1. Chop leeks and sausage.
3. Bake sweet potatoes in the microwave (time will vary based on potato size). Remove the skin and place potato in a food processor with 1/2 cup of milk.
